It's not a graphics issue, lowering settings doesn't even slow down the CTDs, my PC runs the game perfectly fine with max settings without crashing on my native 1920x1080p resolution. Now I can't stop it from CTDing constantly without any mods.
I've rarely ever had the game crash when it wasn't mod related, or related to the Automatron DLC bugs that I can recreate and did a write-up on a while back.
